Good tutorials/advice for webpage customization?

I'm suuuper new to fediverse and know nothing about coding. I did find one good tutorial from melonland, but I'm curious what yall use and how you learned web design?

I could send a ton of tutorials your way but honestly, the best way to get all of them is to follow along and search as questions arise: how could I put this image here? how could I set my text to orange? or change my font? as you search for these the knowledge will stick better in your head!
