How to add the widget to my website?

I'm having a confusing time. I'm a beginner at html and I want to add it to my website, but I have no idea where to start. I've tried looking at other peoples website to see how they did it, if they had tutorials or anything, but I can't find anything...

Keep in mind that Neocities accounts made after 1 January 2024 won't allow some Javascripts as they can be used for malicious purposes (VIRUS!), so you can't add the widget properly on your 2024 Neocities site. Found this out the hard way. Should work on other hosts like leprd.space or nekoweb.org though.
