Feature Request! Links that linkify

I think if you post a link it should automatically convert into a clickable link!

I think sir melon means that links in your status should become clickable. This would be nice to have. Some people have posted their email in statuses too so that could become a clickable link too. Or support for any protocol like gemini but might be overkill to implement. lets start with simple http links

Great suggestion! I’m currently in the train and working on it. I think I found a way to make it work both on status.cafe and the status widget that’s embedded to websites. Will update soon!
